What is the Most Effective Abdominal Workouts and Abs Workouts for You?

That's easy to answer!

and that answer is: "The one you feel more comfortable doing it"

But, You must do it in a Certain Way, that is going to make it the Most effective Abdominal Workouts or Abs Workouts

You start doing it as fast as you can go for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. repeat the process 3 more times to achieve a total of 4 sets

do it 1 day and rest 1 or 2 days then go train your abs again, always trying to go faster.

Try it for 2 weeks and you are going to see results, not the great results, but you are going to notice that it's working and you are going to want to keep doing it!

Believe me I is not as easy as it's looks like give it a try and you are going to thank yourself for did it!
